Shipment Coordination
Follow-ups and monitoring of boiler transportation starting from cargo packing to loading to vessel/barge. We can ensure that the packing works and cargo handling are done correctly to avoid damages to the cargo.
Boiler Fabrication
Regular visits to boiler manufacturer to inspect the entire fabrication status, timeliness and quality. Conformity to design and specification will be also verified. We can monitor the works being done by the manufacturers is done according to agreed contract by being buyer’s representative. Generally, supply of boiler will also include other bought out items such as electrical switchboard, fans, pumps, structural parts, etc. Monitoring of these items can be also packaged together.
Boiler Parts
We supply almost all parts, components and consumable items for any brand of boilers. We are able to provide engineering service such as sizing up a suitable control valves, fans or pumps. This will ensure that the components being supplied are correct and suitable.
Example of boiler parts or components: Instrumentations, (Induced draught, Forced draught, Secondary air and Fuel feeder fans, Feedwater pumps, valves, gauges, fittings, etc.
Example of consumables: Gaskets (non-asbestos, fibre glass, etc), fire bricks, insulation tiles, fire grates, dust collector cones, boiler chemicals, etc.
